SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION NO.1563 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed, seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the VII Additional Sessions Judge, Gudur, in Crl.MP.No.1066 of 2017 dated 08.09.2017 in Crime No.311 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Naidupet Police Station, Gudur.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/A1 to A3 and A5, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.

The condition imposed by the VII Additional Sessions Judge, Gudur, is to appear before the Station House Officer, Naidupet Police Station twice in a week i.e. on every Tuesday and Friday till the date of filing of the charge sheet.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that now, charge sheet is filed.

The condition, hence, stands complied. There is no need to relax the condition. It needs only to be said that the petitioner need not further comply with the said condition. The Criminal Petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
