JUSTICE JUVVADI SRIDEVI FAMILY COURT APPEAL No.295 OF 2013 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Dr.SA,J) This appeal under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, is filed by the appellant/husband challenging the order dated 11.05.2011 passed in O.P.No.91 of 2009 by the Judge, Family Court, Secunderabad, whereby the subject O.P. filed by the appellant/husband seeking custody of children, was partly allowed by granting visitation rights to him on every first Saturday between 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM before the Court below. 2.
Heard both sides. Perused the record.

It has been fairly conceded by both the counsel on record that the minor children, viz., A.R.Anusha and A.R.Anurag have attained majority. Therefore, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Under these circumstances, the Family Court Appeal is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
