This Appeal is filed challenging the order, dated 10.04.2013 in M.A.T.O.P. No.837 of 2010 on the file of the Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal (II Additional District Judge - FTC-I), Khammam. Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 11.02.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.
