THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.11641 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in registering crime No.142 of 2017 under Section 498-A IPC on the complaint lodged by the third respondent.

Since the complaint is already registered and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the second respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
