Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.3. In this writ petition, petitioner's grievance is that the respondents are trying to interfere with his peaceful possession and enjoyment of land admeasuring Ac.0.67 cents and Ac.0.90 cents in T.S.Nos.46 and 47 respectively, situated at M.N.Ward, Vizianagaram District, without following due process of law. It is well settled that no person shall be deprived of his property without following due process of law as right to property is guaranteed under Article 300-A of the Constitution of India. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondents not to interfere in any manner with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land in question, without following due process of law.
