HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.4951 & 4952 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.5000 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant of crime No.206 of 2016 of Garidepalli Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 341 & 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC & ST (POA) amended Act 2015, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
