HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.357 of 2019 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in WP.No.45082 of 2018, dated 12-12-2018.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in the writ petition, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 14-02-2019. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same, I do not see any violation of orders passed by this Court.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law.
