THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION No.69 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

This Court endorsed the same view expressed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram, in his Order dated 22.12.2014 in Transfer Crl.M.P.No.433 of 2014 while dismissing the petition filed by the petitioners/complainants seeking transfer of C.C.No.68 of 2013 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class (Excise), Vizianagaram, to other competent Court. Hence, I find no merits to transfer the present case. However, considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of I Class ( Excise), Vizianagaram, is directed to dispose of C.C.No.68 of 2013 as per law at the earliest, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this Order. With the above observation, this Transfer Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
