On the last date of hearing, i.e., on 27.10.2015, this Court ordered to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
