HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.37088 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in refusing to consider the petitioner's application for grant of permission to construct the building vide proceedings in Rc.No.52/2012, dated 16-08-2012 on the premise of pendency of the suit as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
