This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in not considering the representation dated 28-06-2017 filed by the petitioner as Anganwadi Worker in the clear vacancy of Nagineniprolu Anganwadi Center or Burgampahad-2 Anganwadi Center of Burgampahad Mandal of Bhadradri District basing on the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Rc.No.H6/460/2017, dated 17-03-2017 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, there shall be direction to the competent authority to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 28-06-2017 in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
