THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.6802 OF 2016 O R D E R :

Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 12.01.2016 to respondents 3 and 4 in Form-6A for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of land of admeasuring Ac.1-71 cents in survey No.624 of an extent of Patturu Village, Khazipet Mandal, YSR Kadapa District, but they have not passed orders thereon.

2. The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the respondents 3 and 4 will consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within two (02) months from today.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the petitioner's representation dt.12.01.2016 for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed to the petitioner in respect of the above land within two (02) months from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.
