Petitioner joined the first respondent-Society on 09.03.2001 and served in various cadres. While he was working as District Project Manager (SAL) in DRDA, Ranga Reddy District, a charge memo was issued to him on 05.08.2010. The Joint Collector, Nalgonda was appointed as Enquiry Officer and submitted a report on 02.09.2013. However, the petitioner was reinstated into service pending enquiry on 19.06.2012. The first respondent passed an order on 21.01.2014 dropping the disciplinary case with a warning that the petitioner would be under strict watch, but treating the period of suspension from 04.07.2010 to 19.06.2012 as EOL on loss pay. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred an appeal before the second respondent on 19.04.2014 and as the same is not disposed of till today, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the pendency of the appeal before the second respondent for the last two years, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 19.04.2014 and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
