Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petitions, as the issue according to them is amicably resolved and also submits that respective letters given to the Union Bank of India, Dilsukhnagar Branch were also withdrawn.

Recording the said submission, permission to withdraw the writ petitions is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
