THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.4922 of 2019 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioners' society in the present writ petition is that though the members of the society have made applications for sanction of building permissions, the same are not being considered and processed by respondents 2 and 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that number of writ petitions filed by the other members of the petitioners' society seeking similar relief were disposed of by this Court directing the Respondent Corporation to consider for grant of building permissions and the said fact is not being disputed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondent Corporation.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing Respondents 2 and 3 to receive the applications being submitted by the members of the petitioners' society from time to time, process the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
