Both the counsel for petitioner and respondents agreed to disallow interest for the period of Six years 29 days delay caused in filing the appeal in the claim petition. With the consent of both the counsel, Order passed by the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-II, Hyderabad, in E.C.I.A.No.6 of 2015 in W.C.No.5 of 2016 is modified as under:

The delay of Six years 29 days( 2219) in filing the appeal is condoned, but the Claimant is not entitled to any interest for the period of 6 years 29 days delay.

With the above modification, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
