This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 22.03.2016 passed in I.A.No.1456 of 2015 in O.S.No.131 of 2014 on the file of I Additional District Court, Rajahmundry.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file fresh application. 3.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
