SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.1453 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for relaxation of conditions imposed by the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, in Crl.M.P.No.63 of 2018.

While ordering for release of the vehicle, which is an Omni Van, the condition being that the petitioner should execute a personal bond for Rs.5,00,000/- (rupees five lakhs only) with one surety. The counsel for the petitioner, now, seeks for relaxation of the said condition with regard to the surety, but the, order does not specify the amount of surety. 3.

Hence, considering the nature of the vehicle and also considering that personal bond of Rs.5,00,000/-, was ordered to be executed and the surety shall be for Rs.50,000/-. 4.

Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is allowed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed. _____________ T.RAJANI, J 14.02.2018 SS
