The petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that petitioner had made a representation dt.05.01.2016 to respondent nos.2 and 3 to give permission to petitioner to remove sand mounds in his agricultural land, but respondent nos.2 and 3 are not passing any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Andhra Pradesh) states that 2nd respondent will pass orders on petitioner's representation within a period of four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate its decision thereon to petitioner.

3. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
