This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order, dated 18.01.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.64 of 2018 (in Crime No.349 of 2017 on the file of Bowenpally Police Station) by the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, with regard to grant of interim custody of the auto bearing registration No.TS11-UA-8066. 2 .
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

Vide the aforementioned order, dated 18.01.2018, the Court below directed the petitioner to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.5,00,000/ - with one surety in a like sum and imposed some other conditions for granting interim custody of the subject vehicle. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the total cost itself of the subject vehicle is Rs,2,40,000/ -. Under these circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Criminal Petition with appropriate direction/ modification.

Accordingly, the interim custody of the subject auto bearing registration No.TS-11-UA-8066 is ordered to be given to
the petitioner subject to his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.2,00,000/ - (Rupees two lakhs only) with one surety in a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.
Other conditions imposed by the Court below shall remain unaltered. 5 .
With the above direction/ modification, this Criminal Petition is disposed of.
