The Court made the following:

Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This civil miscellaneous application is filed by the respondents against order dated 09.01.2018 in I.A.No.8 of 2018 in O.S.No.33 of 2015 on the file of the XII Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy, whereby, the petition was partly allowed, directing both the parties to maintain status-quo in respect of the suit schedule properties till the disposal of I.A.No.8 of 2018, while posting the case to 19.01.2018, for further hearing.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Thirupathi Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, submitted that on 19.01.2018, the lower Court has reserved order in I.A.No.8 of 2018, after completing the hearing and that till now, it has not passed final order in the I.A. 3.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to dispose of I.A.No.8 of 2018 in O.S.No.33 of 2015, by passing final order therein, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

Subject to the above directions, C.M.A. is disposed of. 5.
