THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11732 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.86 of 2015 on the file of the G.Madugula Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences under Sections 452, 354-A and 354-B IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner herein is that he outraged the modesty of the de facto complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he is a law abiding citizen and he is ready and willing to cooperate with the investigating agency and as such, he prays this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein. Considering the fact that the allegations are serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
