THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.4158 OF 2018 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} This Writ Petition is preferred against the show cause notice issued by the first respondent dated 13.11.2017. Sri P.Girish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that, during the pendency of this Writ Petition, an assessment order was passed by the assessing authority; and, consequently, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to question the final assessment order in appropriate legal proceedings. Granting liberty as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
