THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4346 OF 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner along with respondents 6 to 9 are the owners of the land in Sy.Nos.244, 245 and 257 an extent of Ac.0.24 guntas, Ac.2.36 guntas and Ac.0.18 guntas, which has been acquired by the respondents 2 to 5 for the purpose of Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Pranahitha Chevella, Sujala Sravanthi Project. Petitioner came to know that respondents 6 to 9 are in the process of obtaining the entire compensation in exclusion of the petitioner. In that context, petitioner submitted that he raised objections on 30.11.2017 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.123 Rev.(JA & LA) dated 30.07.2015 and he apprehends that the same may not be considered. Hence, the present writ petition seeking a writ of Mandamus.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue representing the first respondent, learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition representing respondents 2 to 5 and perused the material available on record. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that as on date, compensation amount has not paid to any one and the claim of the petitioner along with others would be considered in accordance with law.

In the light of the limited prayer, which the petitioner seeks, the fourth respondent is hereby directed that before disbursing the compensation amount shall take into consideration the

representation of the petitioner and the claim of respondents 6 to 9 and take appropriate decision in accordance with their entitlement.

Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
