THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.24116 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring Reference No.

AP/SRO/VJA/MEC/62-8121399/37 dated 26.07.2011 and AP/SRO/VJA/IONSI/6200007520001302 dated 19.08.2011 read with the Notification No.582, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, dated 14.10.2008 issued by the 1st respondent as illegal, void, unconstitutional and contrary to the provisions of Employment State Insurance Act, 1948 and consequently desist the respondents herein from acting in pursuance of G.O.Ms.No.582, Labour, Employment, Training and Factories Department, dated 14.10.2008."

When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Labour appearing for respondent No.1 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5 submitted that the issue involved in this case is squarely covered by the common order, dated 06.10.2015, in W.P.No.6363 of 2009 and batch of this Court wherein all the writ petitions mentioned therein were dismissed and that the said order was confirmed by a Division Bench of this Court. 3.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing on both sides, this Court is of the view that there is nothing to adjudicate afresh by this Court in this writ petition. Hence,

following the aforesaid batch of writ petitions, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
