Heard learned counsel for petitioner/accused and the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of at the admission stage with the direction that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on or before 28.2.2018 and move an application for recall of the NBW issued against him, in which case, the trial Court shall recall the NBW. The petitioner is directed to make his appearance before the lower Court and assist the Court for smooth progress of the trial.
