ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner in this case is as to the inaction of the police authorities in registering a crime against respondent Nos.4 to 12 and others on his complaint dated 15.3.2011.

2. The Sub-Inspector of Police, Nacharam Police Station, Hyderabad City, furnished written instructions dated 11.6.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein it is stated that upon the petitioner's complaint, Crime No.103 of 2011 was registered under Sections 363 and 506 I.P.C. on the file of Nacharam Police Station, Cyberabad. Upon due investigation, it was found that the complaint was false and a final report to that effect was filed before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate at L.B. Nagar, Cyberabad, vide Inward No.1754/11 dated 8.8.2011.

3. In the light of the aforestated developments, it is clear that the allegation of the petitioner as to the inaction of the police authorities is without any basis. In the event the petitioner is aggrieved by the final conclusion arrived at by the police, it is for him to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

4. Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is closed.

5. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
