The learned counsel for the petitioners requests the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. The learned counsel has also filed a letter, dated 21-07-2016 in the Registry in that regard.

The permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
