This petition is filed by the petitioner questioning the orders dated 232.12.2016 in I.A.No.32 of in M.O.P.No.118 of 2011 dated 22.12.2016 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled all disputes amicably outside the Court.
