Maryala Yellamma v. The State Of Telangana, Rep., Its Secretary,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.2257 OF 2016 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of making an application seeking for mutation as early as 05.02.2015, though a panchanama was conducted by the Mandal Revenue Inspector on 05.05.2015, no orders are passed on it by the Tahsildar, Toopran Mandal, Medak District, the 3rd respondent. The annexures filed along with the Writ Petition, a copy of the panchanama, Ex.P1, dated 05.05.2015 conducted by the Mandal Revenue Inspector and a report is stated to have been submitted before the 3rd respondent.
In view of the above, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application as well as the said report of the Mandal Revenue Inspector and other attendant circumstances and then take a decision and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
