THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.5299 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1425 of 2015, dated 21.05.2015 by deleting the condition of attending the P.S., Asif Nagar, on every Monday between 10.00 a.m., and 2.00 p.m.

Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein and de facto complainant are relatives and the dispute between them is of a civil nature and as such, prays this Court to relax the conditions imposed by the Court below.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court relaxes the condition of appearing before the investigating agency on every Monday between 10.00 a.m., and 2.00 p.m. The criminal petition is accordingly allowed. _____________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 24.06.2015 pln
