HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.5027 OF 2020 ORDER:

Sri P. Venkanna, learned counsel for the petitioners - accused No.1, 2 and 3, under the instructions of the petitioners, addressed a letter dated 10.11.2020 to the Registry seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, as such, the matter is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing under the caption 'for withdrawal', learned counsel for the petitioners reiterated his submission.

3. In view of the above, permission is accorded and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

The aforesaid letter dated 10.11.2020 addressed by the learned counsel for the petitioners to the Registry shall form part of the record. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition stand closed.
