This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 16.02.2015 passed in I.A.No.82 of 2014 in A.S.No.99 of 2012 on the file of the Court of I Additional District Judge, Srikakulam. 2.

A perusal of the office note reveals that the first appellate Court disposed of the appeal on 08.09.2016. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
