Today when the matter has been taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the then Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal (for short 'the Tribunal' hereafter) passed interim order, dated 31.10.2013, which reads as under: "Pending disposal of the O.A., the impugned proceedings in Memo No.265/Vig.III(2)2011-2, dated 15.06.2013 of the 1st respondent are suspended. The respondents are directed to release the retirement gratuity to the applicant in accordance with G.O.Rt.No.1097, Finance and Planning (FW-Pen.I), dated 22.06.2000, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. " 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal on 31.10.2013, no further orders are required in this writ petition(TR). Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has fairly acceded to the same. 3.
