THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.15216 of 2010 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: To issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not permitting the students of the petitioner institution for All India Trade Test held in July, 2009 as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and further direct the respondents to pass permanent affiliation orders which are pending consideration with the 3rd respondent immediately and also direct the respondents to permit the petitioner institution Electrician Trade Additional 1 Unit (2007-09 batch) students to appear for All India Trade Test to be held from 23.07.2010 onwards or thereafter and issue provisional Trade Certificates by declaring the results to the passed candidates.

2. I have heard the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent. There is no representation for the petitioner. I have perused the material record.

3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent would submit as under: "Even according to the petitioner, the examinations which were the subject matter were scheduled to be held from 23.07.2010; nevertheless, subsequently, the examinations were held and the results were also announced; therefore, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication; and, hence, the writ petition has become infructuous."

4. Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall

stand closed.
