THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.32 OF 2006 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner (husband) under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 28.11.2005 in M.C.No.219 of 2004, on the file of the Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case-cum-Addl. Family Court, Hyderabad, wherein the petitioner (husband) was directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the 1st respondent (wife) and Rs.1,000/- per month to the 2nd respondent (daughter). 2.

When the matter had come up earlier on 02.04.2018, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption for 'dismissal'. Even today also, none appeared and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

As seen from the record, the Court below while dealing with the subject matter of the revision, had dealt with all the contentions raised and granted maintenance as mentioned above. Cost of living is very high. There is nothing to interfere with the order of the Court below. Hence, the revision is devoid of merit and is liable to be dismissed. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed confirming the order, dated 28.11.2005 in M.C.No.219 of 2004, on the file of the Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of Jubilee Hills Car Bomb Blast case-cum-Addl. Family Court, Hyderabad.
