HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.29015 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking to declare the action of the respondents 5 & 6 in interfering with the civil disputes and threatening the petitioner and also the inaction of the respondents 2 and 3 in not acting upon the complaints, dated 13.07.2012 & 15.07.2012, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home submitted that the respondents 5 & 6 are not interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent and that a case was registered against the persons those who are interfering with the possession of the petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
