Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a Final Report on 30.07.2011 requesting the learned Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate at Armoor, Nizamabad District, to close the crime by referring it as 'false'.
