Since the anticipatory bail application of petitioner/A4 has already been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 23.02.2021 in Crl.P.No.1 128 of 2021 , the present application for the self same relief is not maintainable.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand dismissed.
