This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.28 of 2013 of Yerpedu Police Station, Tirupati Urban District, registered for the offence under Section 352 IPC and under Section 3(1)(x) of SCs & STs (POA) Act, against the petitioner/accused.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent, on instructions, reports that a final report was filed referring the case as 'false' and therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal petition. Copy of final report is also filed. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
