THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.946 OF 2007 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Workmen's Compensation Act aggrieved by the order, dated 05.07.2007, in W.C.No.58 of 2003 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Mahabubnagar.

On a request made by learned counsel for respondent No.1 through letter, dated 10.06.2015, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad, on 18.06.2015 this Court referred the appeal to the Legal Services Authority, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, for settlement.

The dispute pending between the parties has been settled before the Lok Adalat, Hyderabad, and accordingly, an Award was passed on 11.07.2015.

In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award, dated 11.07.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
