HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

By order dated 06.10.2015 made in W.P.M.P.No.42111 of 2015 in W.P.No.32595 of 2015, Court directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2015 pending disposal of the writ petition. Alleging violation of the said direction, this contempt case is filed.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent-Government filed the order dated 01.07.2017 along with C.A.No.563 of 2017. Reading of the order would show that considering the representation of petitioner, he was informed that an amount of  50,20,928/- was paid earlier and an amount of  39,99,072/- was paid on 29.06.2017 towards balance bill amount of the subject cited work and undertaking is also given that balance amount would be paid in due course.

Having regard to the above statement, Court is satisfied that the contempt case need not be kept pending and is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
