THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.42461 OF 2015 ORDER:
The petitioners are stated to have submitted Form-6(A) application on 03.02.2011 together with registered documents and requested the 4th respondent to issue pattadar pass books.
2. The said application itself appears to have been filed as long back as on 03.02.2011 and since no action has been taken on the said application, the petitioners filed another application on 15.10.2014 to respondents No.3 and 4 requesting to incorporate their names in the revenue records in respect of subject land and the same is still pending.
3. If the application filed by petitioners filed on 15.10.2014 is pending, the 4th respondent is directed to examine the said application and shall take expeditious steps to dispose of the same, preferably, within two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
