THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10069 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: " to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in publication of the electoral roll of 9th ward Hindupur municipality without following Andhra Pradesh Municipalities and Nagar Panchayats (Preparation and Publication of Electoral Rolls) Rules, 2001 and proceeding further without considering the representation dated 17.03.2017 for correction of electoral roll of 9th ward Hindupur municipality as illegal arbitrary and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to proceed further in election process of 9th ward Hindupur Municipality Ananthapur district till correcting the electoral roll of 2017."

In view of passage of time and in view of conducting of election after filing of the Writ Petition, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous.
