HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.4105 of 2018 ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to act in accordance with law and to provide one individual service connection along with electrical meter in the residential building constructed on plot No. 999 situated in Sy.Nos. 11/14 to 11/18 situated at Khanamet village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District, without being influenced by the instructions of the 5th respondent and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.
Heard Sri P.V.L.Bhanu Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri R.Vinod Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, had informed the Court that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition has been resolved and the respondents have released the power supply in favour of the petitioner. 4.
In view of the above said submission, this Court is of the considered view that the grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition has been resolved during the pendency of the writ petition and the writ petition is liable to be closed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
