THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1974 OF 2017 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 30.11.2016 in I.A. S.R. No.6435 of 2016 in A.S. No.294 of 2014 on the file of the Court of XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

A perusal of the record reveals that the appellate court rejected I.A. (S.R.) No.6435 of 2016 on the sole ground that the petitioner has not complied with the objection/query raised by the appellate court.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner may be permitted to answer the query raised by the appellate court. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this court is inclined to dispose of the matter, without going into the merits of the main case.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of, directing the appellate court to give a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to answer the query raised in I.A. S.R. No.6435 of 2016 in A.S. No.294 of 2014. Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
