HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.4903 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, I do not see any reason to interfere with the discretion of the 2nd respondent in passing the impugned order dt.06-03-2019 as this Court is not sitting in appeal against the orders passed under Section 34 of the A.P. Excise Act, 1968. It may also be noted that the petitioner's vehicle is involved in carrying 98 IML bottles of Imperial Blue 180ml, 2 Blank Dog Whisky 750ml and 6 Royal Stag Whisky 750 ml.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
