THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.16517 of 2009 ORDER:
Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents.
This writ petition is filed declaring the action of respondents 2 and 3 in harassing the petitioner and his family members to settle the dispute with respondents 4 to 6 and to register the property in favour of the 4th respondent and to withdraw the case pending against respondents 4 to 6 as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that police neither interfered with the civil dispute nor harassed the petitioner at any point of time. The other allegations made by the petitioner are also denied.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
