This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.133 of 2013 on the file of the Mailardevpally Police Station, Cyberabad District. The offences alleged are under Sections 447 and 427 IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the police has referred the case as civil in nature on 29.11.2013 before the court of VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 14.06.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
