The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner/accused under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., challenging the docket order dated 01.08.2016, passed in Crl.M.P.No.1746 of 2016 in C.C.No.762 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/accused to adjourn the case was rejected.

The petitioner herein also filed Criminal Revision Case No.2054 of 2016 questioning the docket Order, dated 01.08.2016, passed in Calendar Case No.762 of 2015 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Huzurnagar, Nalgonda District, wherein the learned Magistrate while rejecting the petition filed under Section 317 Cr.P.C., issued Non-Bailable Warrant against the petitioner. The said Criminal Petition was disposed of granting stay of N.B.W., for a period of two (02) weeks from the date of order and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Court and make an application for recall of N.B.W., in which event the same shall be considered on such conditions as the Court deems fit. 3.

In view of the orders passed in Criminal Petition No.2054 of 2016, no orders need to be passed in this revision. 4.
